Shipping Policies
- Shipping costs vary by manufacturer.
- All shipping is through FedEx ground.
- Orders are shipped within 2 days of receipt at Buckwheatpillowsonline.com. This timeframe does not apply to holidays or weekends.
- All orders will have a tracking number and will be covered by insurance
- FedEx can NOT deliver to P.O. Boxes – Please provide a correct street address
- FedEx does not deliver on Saturday. If you wish to have your items delivered on Saturday, there is an additional delivery fee of $12.50 (A FedEx Fee).
- There is a fee for a Signature Required service – it is $2.50.
- Please include a valid email and working phone number – FedEx requires a phone number and will email your tracking number when your order ships.
- All customers requesting special shipping instructions will be contacted by us for confirmation, and, your shipping will be delayed until we can contact you (a working email address and working phone number is required).
- Residents of Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for additional shipping costs.
- We will assist you to the best of our ability with expedited shipping needs; however, we have no control over your local delivery person, or the weather.
- All fees quoted here may change without notice.
Return Policy – IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE
All of our buckwheat pillows are custom made, one of a kind handcrafted items.
- By law, these items are treated as lingerie or intimate garments; your return would need to pass a biological test before being allowed for resale.
- Therefore, it would be necessary to destroy each and every one returned for the sake of integrity – nobody is going to purchase a used item if there is any doubt relative to its origin.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buckwheat is fairly heavy and if you pay the freight both ways, you will most likely have exceeded the original cost of the merchandise.
- Most folks have heard about these pillows by word of mouth, repeat sales, doing research on the internet and as such know and understand the difference between “As seen on TV” or “Cheapest online” and the high quality, handcrafted items sold here.
A credit will be issued if the following conditions are met:
- Not satisfied for any reason, you may return for 100% refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping costs. You pay for the return shipping costs. The full satisfaction guarantee period is 21 days from the original ship date. If the pillow is returned after 21 days and before 60 days from the ship date there will be a 30% return handling fee. Pillows are simply not returnable after 60 days.
- If you choose to return your pillow, you will need to return the pillow with the original receipt and care manual. If either is missing, we will deduct $2.00 per item from your credit.
- You are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs.
- The contents of your return. We recommend you purchase insurance and delivery confirmation to eliminate any problems with theft or loss.
- You will have your money promptly refunded to the credit card that was used to make your purchase.
